Design

In recent years, AMSD has evolved from a simulation service provider to a development partner.  We have experience in the development of completely new products by combining the fields of calculation, design and measurement.

In the area of design, we use state-of-the-art CAD methods. This enables us to implement new concepts in 3D quickly and evaluate them in terms of installation space, weight and manufacturability. Additionally, our know-how in MBS and FEM calculation offers the advantage of securing the structures directly in the process with regard to strength, stiffness, vibrations and kinematic behaviour. If necessary, we can also provide conformity according to FKM guidelines, VDI2014, VDI2230 or cableway standards.

In the past, AMSD has carried out various design and development tasks in the areas of test benches, production and assembly stations as well as measurement and vehicle technology. We see ourselves as a complete service provider and can - if desired by the customer - develop the product from scratch to its application. Hereby, we offer the following services:
